VENDORS WANTED!!

BE A VENDOR SATURDAY APRIL 11th

As a small business owner, I always like to do what I can to help support local small business in and around the Mid-Atlantic. I’m not always able to do much, but one of the things I can do is offer free marketing to local vendors who want to come to our Open House and BBQ Competition on the first weekend in April each year! This is the 10th Year for our Event and we have averaged between 2,000 and 3,000 attendees every year for the past few years. THE IRONMAN is a Governor proclaimed, KCBS Sanctioned Professional PA State Championship BBQ Competition that we hold at our store in Greencastle, PA. We have 60 teams come in from around the country and Canada to compete to be the best BBQ in the state and qualify for several National BBQ Competitions – exactly like the BBQ competitions you have seen on TV!

We are having our Open House and IRONMAN BBQ Competition again this year at Mason-Dixon BBQ in Greencastle, PA.  The 2020 event takes place on Saturday, April 11th and we are working to make it even bigger this year.

For those of you with us last year, the weather was sunny and 70 degrees and could not have been nicer.  We broke records for attendance – estimated by the Fire Department at 2200-2500 – and for the amount of money we raised for charity.  Whoop-whoop!

We love all of your many talents and creations and hope/can’t wait to see you all again.  As in years past, we are offering a free 10×10 area for you to set up. If you need an area larger than that, please let us know as we might be able to accommodate that.  Although you can bring your stuff in on Friday evening, we recommend setting up on Saturday morning between 6a-9a. Vehicles and trailers have to be parked and out of the way by 9a and you should be set up no later than 9:30a.

Please fill out this vendor form and get it back to us as soon as possible.  We look forward to seeing you again this year.

Our charity this year is the Redneck Outlaws – a 501c3 group who’s mission is to help local families and children battling pediatric cancer.
